Reared Only 20 miles in Nailsworth we chose our local longhorn due its depth in flavor and unique marbling. using our unique Himalayan dry aging chamber we are able to create an unrivaled product. With the salt block helping to seal the meat in the chamber as well as help the natural break down in proteins our beef ribs are melt in the mouth delight.
